Let’s hang out this morning, in our casual Friday jeans. Which for me, would actually be considered fancy Friday.

I may have been seen by my neighbor in pajama bottoms at 1pm yesterday. I should really get my act together. I’m almost 31! But my thought is, why dirty more clothes if I don’t need to dirty more clothes?

Now that you’re giving me the I don’t trust her anymore side-eye, let’s move on.

I recently picked up a freelance gig over at Craftsy and my first two posts are now live. The content I’ll be creating for them will be very similar to what you find over here. Can I have this incredible salad bar delivered to my house for lunch for the rest of my life? Earthbound Farm sponsored last Saturday’s lunch at The Big Traveling Potluck and oh man did I go to town. EBF was also kind enough to send me on the trip! They are pretty much the best.

And then there was an ICE CREAM bar. Five different flavors. In matching KitchenAid stand mixers.

Ice cream is my weakness.

friends: “Ooooh, what flavor did you try!?”

me: “ALL FIVE [duh]”

And then I won a KitchenAid stand mixer!! Ummm, hello…this is the person who never wins things, so I nearly fell over when they called my name. I’m pretty sure I won because I stuffed my cup with all five flavors.

The movie trailer for Fed Up, which kind of left me speechless but also excited that this information is becoming more main stream. It also reminds me of why I’m doing what I’m doing.
