Notice anything different around here?

Just wanted to change things up and add a little summer flare…you know, 2 months into summer. heh

We’re headed out for an early morning of climbing around Lily Lake, about an hour away. Before we head out, I just wanted to give a recap of my workouts this week. I had numerous comments asking what a week of working out looks like for me, so here you go!

  • Sunday
  • Monday
    • gym – triceps + biceps + abs [~20min]
    • cardio – 15min bike + 15min hill walking + 15min crossover run/stair climbing/stride machine
  • Tuesday
  • Wednesday
    • 1 hour of dog walking
  • Thursday
  • Friday
    • biked to + from pool, on single speed bike - 9 miles total
    • swam 40min - alternating between breast stroke + freestyle
  • Saturday - rest day
    • walked downtown + farmers market ~1.5-2m total
    • leisurely dog walk 25min
  • Sunday
    • headed out to climb!

It’s been just under two weeks since decreasing my weight lifting sessions and starting the Body Rock workouts. I can already see a noticeable difference in my abs + legs. Pretty excited! These have been the hardest + most intense workouts I have ever done. Catch you guys tomorrow, with a recipe to go along with the new header!
