This morning was pure chaos. However, the madness has died down and the only thing I’m waiting on now are the appliances!!! They will all be here today, but we won’t have them fully hooked up until sometime tomorrow. Exciting nonetheless!! I will be cooking in no time! Thank you all so much for the sweet comments about the concrete counters. We are beyond thrilled with how they came out. Things are definitely coming together, and the end is in sight. The next big items on the list are, rebuilding the closet in the spare bedroom, trimming out the windows, installing the toe-kicks below the cabinets, and installing the kitchen backsplash. Then, the inside will be “done” as far as remodeling goes. There will definitely be a slew of DIY decorating projects as the bigger things die down. Can’t wait! I think….? ;)

I would love to try this! Right now my hot foods are dark chocolate with sea salt, runny eggs, and roasted sweet potatoes.
