update from SF!

Just arrived in SF from Berkeley, and currently catching up with Teri, Mama Pea, and Megan.  I should be ironing my dress for the event tonight, but instead, here’s a quick update. 

Oats for breakfast.  Quick + filling!  Always does the job.

Ginette’s studio apartment is adorable.  She has the most lovely natural light that floods into her kitchen.

Flowers + chocolate for Ginette!  p.s. if you’ve never had that dark chocolate bar from Trader Joes, you must try it.  right now.

Went on a tour of the Berkeley campus.  If you squint you can see the Golden Gate Bridge in the far left-middle of the photo.

An amazing Squash Soup from the restaurant Venus.  Highly recommended!!  Topped with apple chips.  Such a good idea!

Local amber ale, that was extremely smooth + flavorful.  If I could only remember which brewery it was from…. Miss you already dear friend!! Excited for the weekend to start!
