back in the swing
/Feeling much better after a full night of sleep!
Started off the morning with Scottish oats. It’s been too long!
Nothing too fancy about these. The usual mix-ins, plus about 3T ground flax meal.
Topped with:
Jessica’s macaroon, Love Grown Foods granola, salt kissed cashew butter + roasted maple cinnamon almond butter
It was so nice to be reunited with my bike today! I went on a fabulous 18 mile ride. It felt great! I also did some biceps/triceps/shoulder work and crunches.
Lunch was a somewhat odd combo, but insanely delicious + filling. Texture + flavor heaven!
1 large sliced tomato + leftover curried millet + 1/2 avocado + sprinkle of salt
Pumpkin [or butternut] smoothie!! I slurp these down SO fast, it’s kind of ridiculous. I am slightly obsessed with their deliciousness
I’m about 1/2 way done editing the photos from the Battle of the Burners event, that I shot a few weeks ago. So, here are 1/2 of the highlights. :) More soon!
Kilwin’s made a GIANT display of a beet, made from their fudge. Why a beet? Because Beet Street is the local company that hosted the event!
mint fudge..mmm
There were beer tastings before the event, from 4 local breweries.
