 | Potatoes are underrated. Potatoes in tacos are way underrated. I don’t think I’ve ever even had a potato in a taco. We wanted to get there for first chair which is at 8:30am and the drive is about 1hr 15min. BOTH alarms were set because I was getting up earlier than Chris. Mine was set for [...] Today started off with a redo of the cocoa oats. I got it right this time! 1/3c. oats + 2/3c. vanilla rice milk + 1 small banana + 2tsp cocoa + 1 glob of pnut butter on top = Cocoa Oat perfection!
