Let me know if you have any questions or feedback about particular recipes, etc.  The recipes link to the posts they came from, so you might have to scroll  to get to the recipe.

These recipes are all vegetarian and many are vegan.  I also have a growing list of gluten free recipes.  Most of the recipes are easily adapted for your specific foodie lifestyle.  Enjoy!!

*If you have Celiac, or a severe gluten/wheat allergy, please consult your doctor for a full list of foods you are able to consume.  Be cautious when buying ingredients like grains + flours, as they can be cross contaminated with wheat during the packaging process, unless Certified Gluten-Free.  Oat products, in particular, [rolled oats, steel cut, oat groats, oat flour] are typically cross contaminated.  If you are looking for certified gluten-free rolled oats or steel cut oats, check the following brands: Gifts of Nature, Bob’s Red Mill, and Legacy Valley.
