I will be starting mine this year and I'm so glad to see I'm not the only one trying to demonstrate connections between food and architecture. After reading How food shapes our lives I decided I'd be working more on a urban design point of view, so I'll see what I come up with :P
I think often people don't realize how food (and water) are one of the most important things in our lives and obviously we would die without it, but these resources are sooo abundant people just forget about it. I think I'll be working on how to re-link people with food, trough urban design. How to put it back in our minds, how to teach kids food doesn't come from the grocery store, but from the land, how to include it into one's everyday life. Yeah that's it hahaha. Anyways, I'm just so happy I read this little abstract from your thesis :)

Wow your thesis sounds really good! As an Architecture Restorationist, I try to get houses back to their original and more organic state. I totally follow and agree with your words.

I love love love your thesis.

As an Architecture Restorationist, I try to get houses back to their original and more organic state.
