I haven&#039;t had the original but I think I remember the nutritional facts were better for the 5grain.  I have made a few fun things with tempeh not from Clean Food..like bbq tempeh samiches and orange pan glazed tempeh from 101 [THE BEST recipe with tempeh yet]
