Sorry to lurk and run, but I do visit your blog almost everyday and I have it on feed AND my blogroll. I have you to thank for my recent obsession with amazing grass. I have been hearing about the great results from wheatgrass from Tosca Reno of the Eat-Clean books (lovelovelove TR)but I never really searched for good sources. After all the green monster posts, I’m a believer now! Between that and all the flaxseed, lets just say my issues with running and tummy trouble are now resolved. No more Def Con 3 a$$-plosions! (Boy aren’t you glad you clicked on this one
